WI Jr Environmentalist Club
Mondays 3:30-5:00 pm (ages 7-17)
This club will engage in STEAM at Wekiva Island. The Junior Environmentalist Club is the ideal mix of science and creativity. One hour you may be recording data on water quality or native flora & fauna, and the next, you’ll be in Gallery CERO bringing your observations to life through art. Learning to identify and protect the native Florida species that call Wekiva Island their home, scholars will become active stewards of the island and its inhabitants.
